This Company holds the Wagamama franchise for Holland and Belgium. 

Wagamama is a global chain of restaurants which serves good value Asian noodle and rice dishes, inspired by 'ramen' bars in Japan.

There are 2 Wagamamas in Amsterdam - one in the centre on Max Euweplein (near Leidseplein) and the other at Amsterdam Zuid (South) station. Other Wagamama branches in the Benelux are in Groningen and Antwerp. More restaurants are planned.

Siculomalti SrL

This company was established with the sole aim of acquiring rural properties in Sicily to eventually refurbish them and develop a network of properties to tap into the agriturismo market. To date, around 25 such properties have been purchased and work on their redecorating has commenced.

SC Zacaria Developments SRL was founded in Sibiu Romania, in January 2008 with the aim of seeking and purchasing prime sites for residential development, thereby providing a wide selection of fine housing opportunities for all its clients. In keeping with the primary objective, the company has, to date, made seven major investments in and around the area of Sibiu.
